At Kuok Group Singapore, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of young talent through various initiatives aimed at creating a robust talent pipeline. We invest in programmes that offer mentorship, workshops, and training opportunities designed to enhance skills and foster leadership potential among youth.
These efforts not only empower young individuals but also ensure a continuous flow of skilled professionals into our organisation. Through our partnership with Access, a social mobility charity providing career exposure opportunities for disadvantaged students in Singapore, we organised a Pathways Programme where more than 80 youth visited our office to learn more about skill development, career pathways and advancement in the maritime industry.
We aim to contribute to the broader community's talent ecosystem, nurturing future leaders who will drive innovation and success in various fields through workshops and mentorship programmes tailored to meet the unique needs of young people in Singapore and in the regions where we have businesses, helping them develop essential skills and gain valuable insights from experienced professionals.
