Our Group proudly volunteered at the inaugural World Para Swimming Championship – an event that aims to promote inclusivity and accessibility in sports, empowering persons with disabilities and highlighting Singapore’s commitment to inclusivity.
As part of our support, over 60 employees stepped forward to volunteer in roles such as spectator management, medal ceremony ushering, and community engagement at the festive village over a 5-day period. It was a meaningful experience for everyone to have played an active role in bringing this landmark event to life.
Learning Journey with Dignity Kitchen
PaxOcean Employees in Singapore took part in a learning journey with Dignity Kitchen over two sessions and sponsored meals for 200 residents. This helped to address immediate community needs while giving volunteers insights into Project Dignity’s inclusive employment model that empowers individuals from diverse backgrounds through skills development and meaningful work opportunities. The experience deepened awareness of the importance of inclusion, dignity, and equal opportunities in building a more compassionate and inclusive society.
Art Painting with Stroke Survivors
In partnership with the Singapore National Stroke Association, employees participated in art painting sessions alongside stroke survivors, creating opportunities for meaningful interaction, self-expression, and social connection. Through these shared creative experiences, the initiative fostered empathy, promoted inclusivity, and supported the emotional wellbeing and confidence of participants.
